so... don't you hate it when you're walking somewhere (in this case on campus) and you see someone you know and haven't see in a really long time, but you're in the middle of something and get caught really off gaurd?

you say hi and they say hey and maybe something you aren't prepared to respond to. and since you're in the middle of something (like listening to your voicemai) you're caught really off guard so you wave and say hey but that's really all you can do so you kinda smile... but your smile come out even more awkward then the unexpected meeting.

so you just keep walking. and you feel bad for not being able to respond to whatever it is they said AND you smile really awkwardly... so you're just like... woah, i wish i had a rewind button.

and it's even worse if that person is with a kinda cute boy that you were supposed to meet through another friend and they see you smile awkwardly... then you're just like, wow i hope he doesn't think i always smile like that...

and then that's all you think about for a while and how you wish you could redo that moment in time.

hate that.
